Ask ChatGPT:

“Write a product description for [your product] that clearly explains what it is, who it’s for, and why it’s valuable. Keep it simple enough that an AI bot could recommend it.”

They’re a private company, but Pacaso just reserved the Nasdaq ticker “$PCSO.”

No surprise the same firms that backed Uber, eBay, and Venmo already invested in Pacaso. What is unique is Pacaso is giving the same opportunity to everyday investors. And 10,000+ people have already joined them.

Created a former Zillow exec who sold his first venture for $120M, Pacaso brings co-ownership to the $1.3T vacation home industry.

They’ve generated $1B+ worth of luxury home transactions across 2,000+ owners. That’s good for more than $110M in gross profit since inception, including 41% YoY growth last year alone.

And you can join them today for just $2.90/share. But don’t wait too long. Invest in Pacaso before the opportunity ends September 18.

BEYOND THE SCROLL

Kickoff Your AI Visibility Season! Winning in Q4 starts with early training (… here’s your first step)

Last week, the NFL season kicked off. My husband is a huge football fan and over the years, I have learned to enjoy the game and the social aspect of it. Now, I look forward to the season and am excited when September rolls around.

Coincidently, last week I also kicked off my first cohort of the “Show Up in AI Search” course. So, we’re a week in and even though I am teaching them about AI visibility, I am learning a lot from them, too.

And one thing I learned is that just like players don’t wait until December to train, my students didn’t wait until Q4 to start getting visible. They’re laying the groundwork now to have a profitable business, replace their 9-to-5 jobs, and crush Q4.

And guess what?  You can too.

Because here’s the truth: no team wins the Super Bowl by waiting until December to start practicing. Championships are built in training camp, pre-season, and the early weeks of the season.

AI visibility works exactly the same way:

1. Early groundwork compounds

Teams that start training in July show up stronger in September. In AI search, the sooner bots can crawl and understand your site, the sooner you’ll start appearing in recommendations. Visibility compounds over time.  So, the earlier you start, the more momentum you carry into Q4.

2. Momentum makes the difference

When a football team starts the season strong (Go Eagles!), it changes everything: team confidence, fan support, even playoff odds. Your website is no different. If you get visible in AI now, your content has time to “warm up” before holiday buyers flood the market. Waiting until November is like walking into the playoffs with no practice reps.  The result?  You’re out before the first quarter ends.

3. Waiting means losing

There’s no “catch up later” in AI search. Bots learn from the data they see first which means every week you delay, your competitors are feeding AI signals and training it to recommend them. So by Q4, they’ll be the go-to answer, and you’ll still be invisible.

That’s why timing is everything. Just like in football, you don’t win by waiting. You win by preparing before the big games arrive.

SCROLL-STOPPING TAKEAWAY

At the end of the day, timing is what separates the winners from everyone else. Football teams build their championship runs long before the playoffs, and your business is no different. The earlier you put AI visibility in place, the more momentum you’ll have when Q4 buyers are searching. Wait too long, and it won’t matter how good your products or promos are—AI won’t see you, and your customers won’t either.

BEHIND THE PROMPT

In football, no team hits the field without a playbook. It’s their foundation: the drills, the routines, the small steps that get you game-day ready.

The same goes for showing up in AI search results. You don’t need to overhaul your whole site overnight. You just need the first play — the simple fixes that let AI bots finally see you.

That’s exactly what the Bot Access Kit gives you:

  • âś… Copy-and-paste templates to feed AI the right signals.

  • âś… Quick-start video trainings and no coding!

  • âś… A simple guide to fix common mistakes that block visibility.

Think of it as step 1 in your AI visibility season. Start with the fundamentals now, and when Q4 rolls around, your site won’t be sitting on the bench.  it’ll be on the field, ready to win.

SCROLL TO THE END

Here’s how I can help you show up in AI search results:

  1. 🏋️ Step 1: Training Camp → The Bot Access Kit: Your fundamentals. Patch the gaps, feed bots the right signals, and get off the bench.

  2.  đź“–Step 2: The Playbook → Show Up in AI Search course: The advanced framework. Learn the full AI visibility system my students are using right now.

  3. 🏆 Step 3: Stay in Season Shape → Keep reading The Scroll. Each week, you’ll get new prompts, strategies, and plays to keep your site visible.

See ya next week!

P.S. - While the football season kicked off last week, I kicked off something different, Invasion season 3 on Apple+. I didn’t love season 2, but this one? Off to a promising start. 👀 Fingers crossed it doesn’t fumble like the last one.
